Inkberry is a Chrome extension that lets you draw and annotate on any webpage. It is built with privacy in mind: it collects no personal data and communicates with no external servers.

Data collection

Inkberry does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.

Local storage

Your drawings are saved locally in your browser using the Chrome storage API, keyed to the URL of the page you drew on. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Permissions

Inkberry requests the following Chrome permissions:

• activeTab — to identify the tab you are currently viewing when you click the extension icon, so the drawing overlay can be toggled on the correct page.
• scripting — to inject the drawing overlay into tabs.
• storage — to save your drawings locally so they are restored the next time you visit the same page.
